Green Fleets is an alternative transportation consulting service of Yellowstone-Teton Clean Cities.  Green Fleets strives to improve the environmental and economic performance of partner organizations through alternative vehicles, fuels, technologies and strategies.

It can be overwhelming to determine what alternatives make the most sense for your fleet.  YTCC understands fleet managers and business owners are interested in using alternative transportation choices, but may not have the time or know where to start.  The Green Fleets program is designed to make those choices easy and economical.

Current fleet data is analyzed to quantify baseline petroleum use, greenhouse gas emissions and cost.   After fleet goals and objectives are established, recommendations are calculated then compiled into a comprehensive report.  After completion of the Green Fleets process a fleet will be more environmentally and economically efficient.  Green Fleet Recognition Program

YTCC launched a Green Fleet Recognition Program in January 2016. Are you in charge of a fleet that is already making an effort to reduce your petroleum use and greenhouse gas emissions?  Contact us to get the process started!

Grants and Proposal Writing

The Coalition has unique opportunities to apply for certain Federal grants that are not available to industry. By partnering with the Coalition when these grants are available, the Coalition can help fund infrastructure projects for businesses, local governments, and industry.

Technical Trainings and Workshops

Alt_Fuels

With support from Teton Conservation District, Environmental Protection Agency Source Reduction Assistance Program and the Sustainable Destinations Program the Coalition offers workshops and trainings to fleet managers, mechanics and the general public on alternative fuels, vehicles, maintenance, etc. The length and location of each workshop is dependent on interest, need and funding.

Past workshops have covered: Biodiesel, Natural Gas, Propane, Electricity, and Ecodriving.

If you would like to schedule a workshop for your company or staff, we are happy to personalize the topic for your needs.
