The Winter Harvest: A panel on hunting and eating locally throughout the winter
Show up at 5:45 to taste some of Jackson Hole Winery’s delicious local wine selection. Help yourself to some local appetizers prepared by Local Restaurant and Bar, and then settle in for the panel starting at 6 PM. Panelists Mark Gocke (WY Game and Fish), Annie Fenn (Jackson Hole Foodie), Poa Jacobson Van Sickle (RD/Fermentista), and Ian McGregor (Vegetable farmer/Vice-President Slow Food in The Tetons) will give short presentations and then answer audience questions.
